Wordpress Quiz Plugin

I need a quiz Plugin, where I can define an individual outcome for every possible way of answering the questions. Or some kind a pool of tags and the ones that are used lead to a specific result. Does somebody know a quiz plugin which may do what I want? If I had to code it myself, what's the best way to do it?
